We hope you love your purchase, but we understand if it doesn't work out. We gladly accept eligible returns within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date to your original form of payment. After 14 days, we will accept returns up to 30 days of the confirmed delivery date for store credit only in the form of a gift card. Please note, all returns must follow requirements listed below.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We inspect all orders prior to shipping, but we understand there can be occasional mishaps during the delivery process. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt.

CANCELLED ORDERS

EXCHANGES
▫ Please note, our inventory is limited. We only offer exchanges on the same item for a different size. Please e-mail us within 7 days upon receiving your order to confirm that we still have the size in stock you wish to exchange for.

RETURN PROCESS
▫ To request a return, please email us at annechicwear@gmail.com and provide the following information - order number, name of item(s), reason for return. If your request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send your unwanted items back to us.
