CHARGES
▫ We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $75.
▫ Orders under $75 is a flat rate of $6.99 for economy shipping
▫ Shipping charges are non-refundable

PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 business hours for the tracking number to update. Please note, the expected delivery date is provided by the courier and is subject to change. If you have any questions regarding the status of your package, please contact your courier directly.

CANCELLED ORDERS
If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes, please contact hello@annechicwear.com within 24 hours along with your order number. Please note, due to transaction fees, all cancelled orders will be charged a 5% restocking fee. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Packages are not insured. The shipping courier is responsible for packages once it is hand delivered to them. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has been marked as delivered. Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for the package and ensuring it is a secure location. For lost or stolen packages, please contact your courier directly. Packages failed to be delivered are eligible for store credit only.
